Bill CobbMessage from the author

My name is Bill Cobb. I have spent 35 years as a consultant to businesses – small and large. As I enter my sixth decade, I reflect on the many things I saw and experienced during those years.

I will write some of these experiences down from time to time to share with you.  I hope they may help you with your own business.

As importantly, I hope to get feedback from you - whether you have something good or bad to say about what I've written.

I find most people I talk with are very smart – if not about everything, then about a good deal of things. I'm not so smart to start with but, after listening to someone for a while, I get to leave the room smarter than I was when I came in.
